Where are the products being shipped from?

The products will be shipping from all over the world to our location in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. Once the products have arrived at our location, they will undergo a vigorous inspection by our technical staff before being shipped out again to the final destination.

Do you do international shipping?

Oyesum Optiks is happy to ship all over the world and customers will have the option to choose their delivery method during the checkout.

I ordered a product but it still hasn’t reached me?

Once the order has been shipped, Oyesum Optiks will provide a tracking number for customers to allow them to follow the progress of their product. Unfortunately, once the product has been shipped we have no control of how long it will take to get there as that is dependent on the shipping company. If the product still has not arrived after a long period, we encourage you to call our support for further assistance.
